Analysis of Benefits and Security of China’s Foreign Investment with Artificial Intelligence under the Belt and Road

This work combines it with artificial intelligence propose neural network (IPSO-DBN) evaluating effectiveness safety Chinese outbound investment. First, applies DBN evaluate BRI. introduces policy linearly decreasing weights adaptive learning factor into PSO algorithm construct IPSO.
